Our current support groups focus on helping clients to move through grief & loss, preparing for death & healing from adoptee trauma.
Our support groups will allow you to share your experiences with people who have been in or are experiencing a similar situation.
LETS TALK ABOUT DEATH SUPPORT GROUP
There is no perfect way to prepare for death, either our own death, or for losing those we love.
Getting together and talking in a safe space about death and dying can be something that helps make sense of it. Join us in our exploration of what it means to die, how we might be able to prepare for death, and how to live fully in the knowledge and awareness of our own death (or the death of a loved one).

GRIEF & LOSS SUPPORT GROUP
The pain of grief and loss is seldom discussed. Most people do not know what to say. Gathering with others who understand your grief journey – that it is neither linear nor predictable, can be a great support at whatever stage of the grieving process you may be.

About Venerable Tenzin Drolkar
- Holistic Counsellor, Coach and Meditation Instructor
With postgraduate qualifications in Holistic Human Development (Holistic Counselling + Coaching + Meditation Instruction + Autonomic Nervous System Realignment Therapy) Tenzin Drolkar brings a diverse depth of knowledge and experience to her holistic counselling relationships, meditation instruction, discussion groups and support group facilitations.
Tenzin has also trained with Karuna Hospice in Brisbane, attending their ‘Spiritual Care with the Dying' program and retreats.
Tenzin Drolkar is an Executive Member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists, a member of the International Sangha Association, the International Mahayana Institute and the Australian Sangha Association.
A group tailored to the specific needs of adult adoptees healing from the primal wound of the adoption experience, relinquishment, estrangement, reunion and/or secondary rejection and loss.
Tenzin Drolkar is an adult adoptee with a lived experience of adoption trauma and the healing journey of wholeness and recovery.
